Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your Beemi account, and the personal data associated with it, at any time. This page explains the two ways to do that, what is deleted, what we are required to keep, and how long each step takes. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

One Beemi account is used across the mobile app, Studio and the web player. Deleting it deletes it everywhere.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way. You need to be signed in to the Beemi mobile app.

Open the Beemi app and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete My Data.
Read the confirmation and tap Delete Account.

You will be signed out immediately and your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

7-day grace period. Your account stays recoverable for 7 days. If you sign back in during that time, deletion is cancelled and your account is restored. After 7 days it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

2. Request Deletion Without the App

If you have uninstalled the app, can no longer sign in, or prefer to make the request in writing, email us and we will process the deletion for you.

Email privacy@qenetech.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Send it from the email address linked to your Beemi account where possible. If you signed in with Google or Apple, tell us which one and your Beemi username.
We may ask you to confirm the request or verify that you own the account before we proceed. We will not act on requests we cannot verify.

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days, as required by GDPR and CCPA. The same 7-day grace period applies from the moment deletion is scheduled.

If you would like a copy of your data before it is deleted, say so in the same email and we will send an export first.

3. What Is Deleted

When the grace period ends, the following is permanently removed:

Your account and profile (username, display name, profile picture, preferences, language and notification settings)
Your sign-in credentials for Google, Apple and email sign-in
Your connected streaming-platform usernames and saved connections
Your Studio projects, drafts, AI chat history and assets that belong only to you
Your favourites, hidden games, feedback, session logs and per-game saved data
Your legal acceptances and consent records, except the minimum needed to show that consent existed at the time

If you belong to a Studio team, you are removed from it. If you own a team, ownership passes to another team admin. If there is no other admin, the team is closed.

4. What We Must Keep

5. Third-Party Accounts

Deleting your Beemi account does not delete your TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Google or Apple accounts, and does not remove anything you posted on those platforms. Beemi only reads live-stream chat from those services while you are using a game; it never stores your credentials for them.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account as well. Deleting your Beemi account does not cancel a store subscription.
