These Marketplace Terms ("Marketplace Terms") govern the sale and purchase of paid games through the Beemi platform. These terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Marketplace Overview

Disclaimer: Beemi does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or suitability of any paid game. While we review games before approval, Creators are solely responsible for the quality and functionality of their games. You purchase games "as is" with the protections of our refund policy.
